What we build?
Family houses
BldPro Element buildings can be used in accordance with fire class 1 for detached houses, vertical / horizontal dwellings and holiday homes, as well as homes with up to 3 floors.
Both the modular houses and housing elements can be supplied as both low energy and passive housing.
Multi-storeys
BldPro modules are primarily intended to be used in residential buildings ranging from one to four stories high.
However, our modules can be adapted to be used in different types of multi-story fire class 2 buildings.
Townhouses
The modules come with exterior cladding. Windows and doors are fixed into exterior walls, including the finished roofing.
The modules typically come with a finished interior lining and fitted surfaces, as well as partially fitted fixtures and technical installations already having been installed in the factory.
Offices and schools
We can provide a variety of options for commercial buildings and larger dwellings such as schools, hospitals, kindergardens, barracks and apartment blocks that are higher than a 4-story building.

All particulate matter released from the modular houses are tested to ensure there is no negative affect on soil and groundwater. Pollutants which we test for include CMR, PBT, vPvB substances.
